Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, we ask that clients follow our cancellation policy:

1. 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and reschedule our team efficiently.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time will incur a $50 fee.

3. No-Show: If a client does not show up or provide notice, a full charge for the scheduled cleaning will apply.

4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.

5. Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your cleaning, but please notify us within 24 hours to avoid cancellation fees.

No Refunds Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with our work. However, due to the nature of our business and the resources involved, we have a No Refunds policy in place:

No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a cleaning service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
